Like all of our nature products, our unique Belfry bat house is created using recycled century-old barn wood and then branded with our own custom made forge irons. Waterproofed with Marine varnish and glued weather tight, each box has a screen on the inside to allow our winged friends to cling in comfort. This unique bat house is built to withstand the elements year round.
The Belfry bat house comes in one or two chambers for your home, cottage, or cathedral. Hang it in your gable or shed, or on a pole, twelve to fifteen feet high. The best locations to attract them are southerly or easterly locations. Bats require heat and bat houses should receive at least 6 hours of sunlight per day. – Quality hanger mount with installation sheet included.
