Like all of our nature products, our Cathedral Bat House is created using recycled century-old barn wood and then branded with our own custom made forge irons. Waterproofed with Marine varnish and glued weather tight, each box has a screen on the inside to allow our winged friends to cling in comfort. This bat house is built to withstand the elements year round.
The Cathedral Bat House offers a decorative all-weather site to roost them, and comes in one, two, or three chambers, for your home, cottage, or your cathedral. Hang it in your gable or tree, or on a pole, twelve to fifteen feet high. The best locations to attract them are southerly or easterly locations. Bats require heat and bat houses should receive at least 6 hours of sunlight per day. Quality hanger mount with installation sheet included.
